Virginia moved to Kona in 2005 and was a licensed Realtor six months later. Originally from Seattle, her professional background has varied from working with major A/E corporate administrations to facilitating arts-related venues on East and West Coasts. New to the tropics and with a young family during the recession, she earned the respect of buyer and seller clients who continue to refer business to her. Then and now, proactive, consistent, and enthusiastic, Virginia draws from her professional, familial and team experience to help clients successfully navigate the maze of buying or selling Big Island real estate. Virginia attended Whitworth U and Cornish, and holds a BA in Music/History. "Gini" and husband Mark have two beautiful kids who were raised in Kona (one's a recent grad from U of WA). Interests: morning run, beach time, green living and R/E closings that benefit all parties.
